Ports Of Call & Cruise Highlights
Los Angeles, California (Departing Sunday, 5 PM)
Los Angeles is a huge metropolis with Hispanic roots and Hollywood
glam. San Pedro serves as the port of Los Angeles and the gateway to
the numerous neighborhoods and districts of "L.A." waiting to be
explored. You can find restaurants, shopping and museums -- all of
world-class caliber. Plus, parks, hiking trails and walking tours,
too. And beaches? There's a whole coastline of choices – from
Redondo and Santa Monica to the shores of Malibu.
Cabo San Lucas, Mexico Arriving Tuesday 9:30 AM
Located at the southernmost tip of Baja
California where the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortés meet at
Land’s End, Cabo San Lucas is home to some of the best sport fishing
in the world. Explore waters teeming with marine life on a snorkel,
dive or kayak adventure. Or indulge in a short boat trip to see the
majestic rock arches, Los Arcos. Take a whale-watching tour and
search for the many different types of whales that migrate toward
the warmer tides of the Sea of Cortés.
Mazatlán, Mexico Arriving Wednesday 8:00 AM
Few Mexican destinations are as tranquil as Mazatlán, where it’s perfectly acceptable to find your spot in the
sand, order a drink and simply relax as waves roll in. For more
adventure, head into the heart of Old Mazatlán where you will find
beautifully restored cathedrals and sidewalk cafes. Enjoy your day
shopping, visiting the local art galleries or sightseeing among the
colonial building.
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico Arriving Thursday 8:00 AM
A traditional Mexican village inhabited
by genuinely warm people, Puerto Vallarta features beautiful
beaches, boutique shopping and some of the most picturesque and
challenging golf courses. “PV”, as it is affectionately called,
still retains the essence of a quaint fishing village, with its
cobblestone streets, red-tiled roofs and bustling market. Enjoy the
afternoon at Bahia de las Banderas with its glistening blue water
and powdery beaches. In the 60’s, the artists, writers and
Hollywood stars kept Puerto Vallarta a secret for a long time as
their “getaway.” Enjoy the sights, sounds and fantastic ambience
only found in this charming seaport.
