It now appears the U.S. military wants to put chips in soldiers to monitor health on battlefields. The chip, of course, will immediately respond to the needs of the soldier.

Please think, be aware and do your research. Keep in mind the words of Katherine Albrecht, the co-author of Spychips, who reminds us, “It’s never going to happen that the government says at gunpoint, ‘You’re going to have a tracking chip. It’s always in incremental steps.’”

A microchip now allows doctors and nurses to administer drugs inside your body by phone from miles away. The implant can be controlled wirelessly by a doctor or nurse using a phone or computer to release drugs in the right amounts at regular times by remote control. Now, cancer patients and those who take drugs and medicines at set times during the day won’t have to worry they will forget to take their drugs.

Roughly the size of a pacemaker, the device holds daily doses of a drug inside tiny wells that pop open either on a pre-programmed schedule or via a wireless signal. The company plans to file for regulatory approval for its first microchip device in 2014 and says it could be widely available in five years.

(2) Microchips and Medication

Patients will be monitored in the most personal way imaginable, from the inside-out. Microchips on pills to enforce obedience to the medical regime will be used in the UK by the end of the year. The so-called “failure” of patients to take their medicine is cited as the reason for this loss of privacy. People are conceptualized as pathetic children unable to decide how their own bodies should be managed. No possibility of a person’s right to choose not to take a prescribed pharmaceutical drug is considered.

The product, named Helius® (also known as the Raisin Personal Monitor), is made by Proteus Biomedical, a California corporation. A contract signed with Lloyd’s Pharmacies in the UK will give them exclusive rights to sell the product for three years. (3) Chips Being Added to School Uniforms in Brazil

Some 20,000 pupils in the north-eastern city of Vitoria da Conquista will have microchips embedded in their school T-shirts. The parents will get a text message when their children arrive at school, or if they are late for classes. The authorities say the measure will help teacher-parent relations. The authorities say the measure will help teacher-parent relations. The authorities in Vitoria da Conquista, Bahia state, call the micro chipped T-shirts “intelligent uniforms”.

They say that by next year all local pupils aged up to 14 would use them. The chips are placed underneath the badge of a school uniform, or on a sleeve. When a pupil passes through sensors at the school entrance, the chip sends an SMS message to parents. If they are  20 minutes late for class, their families are alerted with a message: “Your child has still not arrived at school.” Read More

(4) Ghana and Biometric Voting

Ghana is getting ready for its first-ever biometric voter registration ahead of December’s general elections. The $45-million project has been piloted in some areas, but social and technological difficulties remain, according to a report in Voice of America. Ghana joins Nigeria, Kenya and the Democratic Republic of Congo who adopted the fingerprint scanning technology to help prevent electoral fraud. Ghana hopes the bio-metric system will verify that those who are voting should be voting, and that they only vote once. Read More

While fingerprint scanning isn’t chipping many realize this as a precursor to chipping. Fingerprint scanning and RFID ID cards are popping up in schools in Alabama, Washington DC, Ohio and West Virginia.

This month, I want  to talk about Healthcare…

Welcome once again to That Ain’t Nothin’. This blog is about looking back through The Boxes Of Knowledge as seen in my first near-death experience in 1975, and written about in my books, Saved By The Light and At Peace In The Light. If  you have not read these two books, I recommend you do…

Since 1976, I have said that the battle of the souls of human kind would be fought over healthcare. I described in both, Saved By The Light and At Peace In The Light, that these events could lead to total control over our way of life.

In Saved By The Light, I outline the probable future that we as humanity face if we do not change our mindset and spiritual focus.  One of the most important probable possibilities was about human chip implants in the physical body and how they would be used sometime in the future. Back in 1975, this was unheard of. Today, the process has begun.

By looking in the current healthcare bill, the most important factor is about human chip implanting.  Think about the fact that the healthcare bill is in the hands of the Supreme Court. The long awaited debate or battle is upon us.

This February, a research article was published about wireless chips in Science Translational Medicine. The research article shows that in the present healthcare bill, the implantation of a type 2 and type 3 chip could be mandated; and the complete control of your life under this mandate is very possible.

As you read the abstract to the research article below, you will see that under these rules we could be forced to give up control over our lives in order to protect ourselves and/or our loved ones.

“The first clinical trial of an implantable microchip-based drug delivery device is discussed. Human parathyroid hormone fragment [hPTH(1-34)] was delivered from the device in vivo. hPTH(1-34) is the only approved anabolic osteoporosis treatment, but requires daily injections, making patient compliance an obstacle to effective treatment. Furthermore, a net increase in bone mineral density requires intermittent or pulsatile hPTH(1-34) delivery, a challenge for implantable drug delivery products. The microchip-based devices, containing discrete doses of lyophilized hPTH(1-34), were implanted in 8 osteoporotic postmenopausal women for 4 months and wirelessly programmed to release doses (!!!) from the device once daily for up to 20 days. A computer-based programmer, operating in the Medical Implant Communications Service band, established a bidirectional wireless communication (!!!) link with the implant to program the dosing schedule and receive implant status confirming proper operation. Each woman subsequently received hPTH(1-34) injections in escalating doses. The pharmacokinetics, safety, tolerability, and bioequivalence of hPTH(1-34) were assessed. Device dosing produced similar pharmacokinetics to multiple injections, and had lower coefficients of variation. Bone marker evaluation indicated that daily release from the device increased bone formation. There were no toxic or adverse events due to the device or drug, and patients stated that the implant did not impact quality of life.”

It is important to also point out the “Author Affiliations” section of this article. Notice how some of the most prestigious research establishments in the United States are behind this. A coincidence? I think not.

The Bottom Line is This:

What they are telling you is good for your health is linking your vital, private health care information to your bank account and the IRS. If you stop, think and realize that these chips have no advanced security encryption, it means that someone with “off the shelf” scanning equipment can walk past you, scan your chip and steal your identity! And this appears to be no concern to the government. We must demand this is stripped from the healthcare bill.

On Sunday March 21, 2010 the Senate Healthcare bill HR3200 was passed and signed into law the following Tuesday. Page 1004 of the new law (dictating the timing of this chip), reads:

“Not later than 36 months after the date of the enactment” (H.R. 3200 section 2521, Pg. 1001, paragraph1).

“The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of post-market safety and outcomes data on each device that— ‘‘is or has been used in or on a patient; ‘‘and is— ‘‘a class III device; or ‘‘a class II device that is implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining.”

This chip will not only contain your personal information with tracking capability but it will also be linked to your bank account. So, what this is saying is that by March 23rd 2013 we will be required to have an RFID chip underneath our skin and this chip will be linked to our bank accounts as well as have our personal records and tracking capability built into it. Ah, That Ain’t Nothin’!!!!

Moreover,  H.R. 3200 section 2521, Pg. 1001 reads:

“The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that— ‘‘is or has been used in or on a patient; ‘‘and is— ‘‘a class III device; or ‘‘a class II device that is implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining.”

So, what exactly is a class II device that is implantable? It is the device approved by the FDA under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act:

A class II implantable device is an “implantable radio frequency transponder system for patient identification and health information.” The purpose of a class II device is to collect data in medical patients such as “claims data, patient survey data, and standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary.”

Class III devises are items such as breast implants, pacemakers, heart valves, etc.

A Class II device that is implantable is, as you seen from the FDA, an implantable radio frequency transponder, RFID chip. From breast implants, to pacemakers, to RFID chips which one is the only possible one that can used for the stated purpose in section B which is, “for linking such data with the information included in the registry”? As we know from subsection A, the information in the registry is the name of a device. In plain speak, we are in a clear way being told that our electronic medical records are going to be linked to a class II implantable device!

“The Secretary to protect the public health; shall establish procedures to permit linkage of information submitted pursuant to subparagraph (A, remember subparagraph A is the class 2 implantable device reference) with patient safety and outcomes data obtained under paragraph (3, which is electronic medical records); and to permit analyses of linked data;”

Continuing on to page 1007, in the STANDARDS, IMPLEMENTATION CRITERIA, AND CERTIFICATION CRITERIA section, the secretary of health and human services is given full power to intact all mandates from the laundry list of to-do items in the creation process of the registry as well as dictate how the devises listed in the National Medical Device Registry are to be used and implemented.

“The Secretary of the Health Human Services, acting through the head of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, shall adopt standards, implementation specifications,and certification criteria for the electronic exchange and use in certified electronic health records of a unique device identifier for each device described in paragraph 1 (National Medical Device Registry), if such an identifier is required by section 519(f) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 360i(f)) for the device.”

Remebmer, It’s one thing to read about this, but it’s another thing to see how is doing it. The clinical trials for the Class II implantable device has already begun.  In my recent (and free) That Ain’t Nothin’ article I reveal the people who want to chip you… and your children.

The Maya say, at the end of this age and the beginning of the next, all things not done in integrity will collapse.  The comfort lies in the fact that this collapse is a normal part of the cycle.  So let’s take a look, to see if collapse is the cycle we are living in right now.  Are our banks, our governments, our institutions, and even our religions now collapsing around us?  Looks like it to me.  Isn’t this exciting everybody, that a brand new era of wonderment is coming and we are a part of making that change?  We are not observers, we are participants.

This edition’s That Ain’t Nothin’ is about the FDA and the pharmaceutical companies.  On just about every bottle containing something that’s good for us, that is not a drug, you will find this statement:  “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”  How many of you have seen this warning?

The pharmaceutical companies and the FDA designed legislature, and made it into law, that the only thing that can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease is a drug.   The health food and nutritional industry went to war and got our legislature to enact controls called the DSHEA Law.  It means that the FDA cannot regulate nutritional supplements.

Walnuts... Classified as Drugs?!?!

Now let’s get to the “all things not in integrity” point.  The Food and Drug Administration, (the FDA) because of the regulations passed, has declared walnuts, cherries, and pistachios to be drugs.  THEY CAN REGULATE DRUGS.  So, if you eat walnuts, cherries, or pistachios without a prescription and for the purpose of preventing disease, or treating any perceived systemic deficiencies (e.g. raising for healthier blood), you are taking illegal drugs.  The DSHEA Law means that the FDA cannot regulate nutritional supplements or foods.  Therefore, the reason why the FDA declared those products drugs is because they make health care claims about the value of these foods that were peer review accepted science.

Because of the FDA pharmaceutical law, if Diamond foods were going make health care claims on the benefits of consuming walnuts, they would then have to be approved under a New Drug Application, which would entail years of research and multiple studies.  So, if they did not take the health care claims off, their product would be seized and destroyed.  How crazy is that?

On the web site and the packaging, the company stated that the omega-3 fatty acids found in walnuts had been shown to reduce risk of heart disease and some types of cancers.  They had 57 published articles supporting the scientific research and no fewer than 35 published papers supporting the claim that ingesting walnuts improves vascular health and may reduce heart attack risk.

Get this!  The FDA letter continues, “We have determined that your walnut products are promoted for conditions that cause them to be classified as drugs.”  Insanity like this, everybody, helps us understand why the Boxes of Knowledge said, “the battle for the souls of humankind will be fought in healthcare.”  So, are we in a healthcare crisis?  Are we watching our natural and complementary healthcare protocols being attacked?  Has the healthcare profession (FDA/pharmaceutical companies/doctors) come to think of themselves as gods?  Are they controlling our lives, dictating our health care, trying to protect their territory?  Is there a World Health Organization, promoting a program called The Codex, which in Europe, now makes vitamin C a prescription drug.  Please visit www.codexfund.com.

Vitamin D in Drugs!?!

In the FDA letter, it says one of the reasons you can’t eat walnuts is that walnut consumption, defined as a drug, must be regulated by a healthcare professional or doctor.  They’re surely protecting their territory.  I believe, everybody, that the healthcare organizations and our governmental organizations, that were designed to protect us, are literally trying to screw us.

Remember, all this is about telling the truth about one nut and its ability to help maintain proper health, and the conspiracy against us, that keeps the cost of our health care very high and out of reach for many of us.

Let me give you one last example of why we must support complementary and alternative medicine and energetic medicine.  Vitamin D has been proven to be one of the most effective tools against macular degeneration.  It has many other proven health benefits, but it is a natural substance, unpatentable by the pharmaceutical companies.  As of today, four separate pharmaceutical companies have come up with patentable solutions, with vitamin D in them, and will market them as drugs, even though it’s no more than just vitamin D in that solution.  I can’t wait to see the difference in price between $5.98 and the new compound drug.

The FDA should be protecting us from fluoride in our water and mercury in our fish, pesticides, steroids, and genetically engineered or modified food.  In these efforts, it appears to be failing, so our 21st century mandate is to protect ourselves.  Now, in addition to that burden, we are more and more frequently called upon to protect ourselves from the FDA.

I'll take some Monsanto, please.

Bill Gates bought 500,000 shares of Monsanto and then stated at DAVO, an international meeting of all the big boys, and then stated that we need to genetically engineer food, to keep the planet from starving.  Go figure.

Just some background, everybody, on the fact that we have to see the collusion and betrayal of our government, working in concert with pharmaceutical and agribusiness, to control what we eat, what we are prescribed to take when we’re ill, and an example like what happened with Diamond Foods.  Here’s a little more background on the FDA and its official history.

Today the history of the FDA has been rewritten to position it as a Consumer Protection Agency.  Because they have lobbied for expanded authority over the years, the FDA now has regulatory authority over products that account for at least 25% of every dollar spent in America.  In 1906, the FDA moved to federalize food safety laws and take the power from the states, with the passage of the pure food and drug act.  This prohibited the interstate commerce in adulterated and misbranded food and drugs.

The FDA has been empowered over the years, through the passage of regulations to suppress the sharing of truthful information, from both consumers and public peer reviewed scientific studies.  Here are a few examples:

In 2005, the FDA threatened cherry growers.  According to the FDA, when the cherry companies disseminated proven scientific information about the benefits of eating cherries, the cherries become an illegal drug, subject to seizure, because the scientific studies showed benefits in the prevention, mitigation, treatment, and cure of some diseases.  Then the FDA warned cherry growers that, if they were involved in cherry trafficking and continued to inform the consumer about these scientific studies and their benefits, they would be criminally prosecuted.  Remember everybody, we only talking about pure cherry juice.  So, if you tell the truth about a natural product that you grow, and if its nutritional benefits are proven to prevent, treat, or cure a disease, you can go to jail, according to the FDA.

Hey everybody, take a look at what the FDA did, in 2008, to Brownwood Acres Food, Inc.  Who do you think the FDA is really protecting?

These multinational corporations of insurance and pharmaceutical companies are working in concert with the World Health Organization to control everything we eat and how we treat the illnesses that this process causes.  If you want to know what your next illness is, read the side effects of the drugs you are now taking.

Dr. Paul! The Man with the Plan.

Here are two more:  In 2011, the FDA made a raid on an Oregon business, based on testimonials sent in by buyers and consumers of the product, testifying to the success of their nutraceutical product.  The FDA said that their labeling was incorrect, but as it turned out, the FDA’s biggest problem was that people were saying that the product was working for them.  And once again, we have something preventing, treating, or mitigating an illness.  I would like also to say that the very moment this happened, Ron Paul filed a Bill forcing the government to allow people’s personal testimonies about how a product worked for them.  Dr. Paul’s Bill, HR2908, the Testimonial Free Speech Act, is a good Bill because it is short and to the point.  It forbids any federal agency from curtailing the sharing of consumer testimonials about the benefits of foods, including supplements.

Another great Bill is HR3380, Dietary Supplement Protection Act of 2011, introduced by Rep. Dan Burton.  It’s in response to the FDA’s Draft Document Guidance on new dietary ingredients.  The Bill moves to change the grandfathering in of data from the DSHEA law, between 1994 and 2007.  What this means is the FDA is trying to take control of how you formulate supplements, by reducing the quantity of the ingredients that would make the product effective in the prevention or treatment of an illness.

One of the best new Bills is HR1354, Science Free Speech Act of 2011, introduced by Rep. Jason Chavetz.  This Bill would allow for companies to share truthful scientific information on their products, including claims to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a specific disease or a class of diseases, such as cancers.

Now, what can we do to help? First, be sure to learn more and sign the FDA petition by going here or here. Second, please write your congressmen and ask them the disposition of these three important Bills.  Please, everybody, they have to pass!  We must protect ourselves, by being informed and taking action.

Because we are now in the battle for the kind of health care, at a lower cost, I believe that the vision I was sent here to complete, –it’s time is now.  We must understand and respect medical freedom.  Please everybody, remember this.  A wise medical doctor said this about our right to choose medical treatments, “Unless we put medical freedom into the Constitution, the time will come when medicine will organize itself into an undercover dictatorship.  To restrict the art of healing to one class of men, and to deny equal privilege to others, would be to constitute the Bastille of medical science.  All such laws are un-American and despotic.”

This was said by Dr. Benjamin Rush, patriot, war hero, and signer of the Declaration of Independence.  This is where we stand today.  The battle against the government, from controlling our health care, is the true battle of freedom.  What would you not do to protect your parents, yourself, or your children or grandchildren, if the government in collaboration with the insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies get that right?  With that goes your freedom.

Romona Bell, Dannion Brinkley and Art Bell (1997)

According to The Washington Post in its February 23, 1997 edition: Art Bell was at the time America’s highest-rated late-night radio talk show host, broadcast on 328 stations. That same year he visited Dannion before brain surgery to remove a subdural hematoma. Following surgery, Dannion had his third near death experience.

In Light Times: Art, you and your wife Romona flew to be at Dannion’s side before the surgery. What kind of spirit did you find him in when you arrived to the hospital?

Art Bell: Mixed. He was in a great deal of pain, and he was at the point where he told me it had to end one way or the other. He knew he had to either go into surgery or die. On the other hand, spiritually he was as complete as a ever. In fact, I’ve got a twenty minute videotape of Dannion saying goodbye… which I hope I will never have to use.

ILT: I can feel the emotion in your voice. It’s obvious that your friendship with Dannion means a great deal to you. How has Dannion changed your life, Art?

Art Bell: Well, let’s see. It is a very close friendship that we have forged. You know, he’s probably the most spiritual person I have ever known. Yet he’s not a perfect person, by any means. You’ll have to pardon the expression, but there’s still a lot of asshole left in Dannion. There is a little bit of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in him, yet he’s the most perfectly spiritual person I’ve met. He has the most perfect understanding of what “lies beyond” of anybody I have ever talked to. Dannion is a true psychic, and I can even go into how I know that… I just know this as a verified fact in my life. I know a lot of other people who would say the same thing.

ILT: Has Dannion helped to broaden your understanding of spiritually, or changed your focus in that area?

Art Bell: No, he’s helped me to believe that is it real. I am probably as much of an agnostic as you will ever want to meet. Really, even tough I deal with these subjects all the time. What I deal with on the air and what I personally know to be true are two very different things. Dannion has helped me to believe and understand that these things are real, there’re not somebody’s hope or wish or dream or faith. They are real. Dannion is the first one who ever proved that to me.

ILT: What effect do you think Dannion’s work has had on the world at large?

Art Bell: I think Dannion’s hospice work has had the greatest effect, because he as put his action where his mouth has been, which is untrue of a lot of other people. Dannion spends a lot of his time with the dying because he has been there! So, he’s changed lives of the people whom he has touched. I don’t know that I could say that he has changed the world but through his books, he has reached millions of people. I think his real legacy is what he is doing with people and for people in his hospice work via Compassion In Action. Dannion provokes throught and interest through his books, but it is the lives he has touched that will be his legacy. I really think the worlds needs to begin worrying about the good people who are starting to leave it.

ILT: Indeed, I think we’ve just received a tap on the shoulder to remind us that we cannot continue to externalize that responsibility.

Art Bell: Right now, I don’t see that happening. I don’t see the saintly replacements for these people we’ve just lost [Mother Teresa, Princess Diana]. I just don’t and it’s all part of this thing I talk about in my new book, The Quickening. We are going through a very rapid change. So, when we are facing the threat of losing people of light, like Dannion, that’s not a good sign. But with luck, Dannion’s light will be with us for some time to come.

Dow Chemical is currently requesting unprecedented approval from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to market a genetically engineered (GE) version of corn that is resistant to 2,4-D, a major component of the highly toxic Agent Orange. Agent Orange was the chemical defoliant used by the U.S. in Vietnam, and it caused lasting ecological damage as well as many serious medical conditions in both Vietnam veterans and the Vietnamese.

Exposure to 2,4-D has been linked to major health problems that include cancer (especially non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma), lowered sperm counts, liver disease and Parkinson’s disease. A growing body of evidence from laboratory studies shows that 2,4-D causes endocrine disruption, reproductive problems, neurotoxicity and immunosuppression. Furthermore, tests within the industry show that 2,4-D is contaminated with dioxins, a group of highly toxic chemical compounds that bioaccumulate, so even a minute amount can accumulate as it goes up the food chain, causing dangerous levels of exposure. Dioxins in Agent Orange have been linked to many diseases, including birth defects in children of exposed parents – and, according to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), 2,4-D is the seventh largest source of dioxins in the U.S.

USDA approval of Dow’s GE corn will trigger a big increase in 2,4-D use – and our exposure to this toxic herbicide. Yet the USDA has not assessed how much exposure will increase, nor analyzed the resulting impacts on public health, the environment or neighboring farmers (2,4-D is prone to drift and cause damage to nearby crops). Instead, the Agency has once again bowed to the pesticide industry by giving preliminary approval to still another pesticide-promoting crop that will likely harm people and their children, including farmers, and the environment. The USDA claims to be adhering to a scientific process, yet they are blatantly ignoring the science on 2,4-D.
