                                             IMAGINEERING

“It is a metaphysical fact that my thoughts create reality. This is the art of Imagineering. Anything that I hold in my mind, and accept as real, must be made manifest in time. By holding the image of my future as bright and successful, I am actually commanding the Cosmic Forces of Light and Victory to do my bidding.”

                                 Affirmation
“Through the power and practice of imagineering, I
will attract to myself all that I desire.”

Text Box: Dear Friends:
Happy mid-summer to you all! As you may know, the month of August is named after Octavian Augustus Caesar (September 23, 63BC—August 14, AD). He was the nephew of Julius, and the very first Emperor of Rome. Many proclaim Augustus as the greatest, most successful ruler ever to have lived in ancient times. During his reign, he was known as an Emperor of exalted character. Under his rule wars and contests ceased to be, prosperity increased and the arts and sciences flourished. He came to power after the death of Julius Caesar, and he reconstructed Rome—as a city and an Empire. One of his famous quotes reads,
“I found Rome of clay, I leave it to you of marble.” Augustus was said to have criticized Alexander the Great for bemoaning boredom at age 32 after having conquered most of the known world. Augustus apparently found fault with Alexander’s cavalier attitude of merely glorifying conquest instead of finding equal satisfaction in the real work—the reconstruction and reorganization of the conquered land and culture. It meant little to Augustus to conquer, dismantle or to simply sit in complacency; the true purpose in life was found in his achievement of greatness and in the lasting meaning of the final product. And so it is for each of us, in this fertile month honoring the grandeur of Augustus. Our lives are not just for the passing of time, the winning of meaningless contests with ourselves and others, or even just for creating inventive ways of paying the mounting bills. Each of us has the responsibility, no dare we say, we have the obligation, to create a sculptured work of beauty from the clay of life we have been granted. Countless extraordinary achievements have dizzied the mind and survive as dazzling accolades in our historical archives. Every single one of us is capable of so much magnificence yet, so often we settle for lives much less dynamic. Why? Why would we abandon our imaginations and toss out our creative genius in order to lives of mediocrity? It can only be because we have forgotten who we are! It can only be because we have lost touch with the Divine nature within. It can only be because we have forgotten how to dream the dream that was planted in our soul on the day we were born. Let’s play a game...let’s forget that we forgot who we are. Let’s be determined to live everyday as if we are limitless, flawless, eternal expressions of Infinite Spirit. Because that is what we are! In this month, as we celebrate the genius and courage of Augustus Caesar, let us remind ourselves that the promise of magnificence lives within us just as surely as it lived within him! Vow to discover the many ways you are capable of turning clay into marble so that your life can long be revered and stand as a testament to the power of imagineering in the 21st century. If we can see this month as one intended to magnify our personal power and purpose, it can be an unprecedented turning point in our lives.
With love and purpose,
 Kathryn and Dannion

I believe that imagination is stronger than knowledge -- myth is more potent than history -- dreams are more powerful than facts -- hope always triumphs over experience -- laughter is the cure for grief -- love is stronger than death.
