A Greeting From Dear Friends There are no words to express to you how very happy we are to be sending you this first newsletter. Many of you have been on the mailing list since we initially launched our website, www.Dannion.com back in February 2005. Of course, we had every intention of getting the newsletter up and running within a few months. However, as John Lennon said, Life is what happens to you while you are busy making other plans. Indeed, life has been happening to us. We have traveled in all directions across this great land, recruited hundreds of end-of-life care volunteers along the way, and all the while kept our home life, including six children, three sons-in law, one husband-in-law, three dogs, five cats and an outrageous cockatiel, in loving order. Unfortunately, however, the newsletter was put on the last page of our to do list as a result. Well, we realized recently that we simply had to find a way to connect with our many friends in cyberspace, for the world is in an unprecedented state of confusion and conflict. With global and national unrest whirling all around us, we knew that now was the time to add our viewpoint of the current happenings. Over the coming months we will be adding more areas of interest to our newsletter, and we hope you will assist us by sending us your comments, feedback, suggestions and website links of interest. Dannion s Worldview Hello Everyone You know, my worldview was greatly affected in 1975. The events I experienced in the aftermath of being struck by lightning, and lying clinically dead for 28 minutes, have dramatically altered everything I believed to be reality, theretofore. During my death experience, I traveled to a celestial realm where I was shown visions of the possibilities of a future yet to come. Thirty one years have now passed since that day in the Heavens where I was told by thirteen Beings of Light If you follow what you have been taught and keep living the same way you have lived the last thirty years, all of this will surely be upon you. If you change, you can avoid the coming war. At that time we were coming out of the Viet Nam War, and today we are in the middle of the Iraqi War, so that parallel would indicate that we have not learned our lessons very well or changed our ways very much. We are still messing around in civil wars and allowing our children to be killed by those the World Order wants us to perceive as our enemies! In my opinion, we had better stop long enough to take in a fresh, new worldview that is based on answering one simple question are we going to support a World War or are we willing to do our part to ensure peace on Earth? Believe me, I was shown beyond any doubt that this choice is truly OURS& and the future of the world is our personal responsibility. As I have always said in lecture, we are not small, puny and helpless human beings without recourse. Quite to the contrary, we are all great, powerful and mighty spiritual beings with dignity, direction and purpose. Our purpose at this time is to determine if we will continue to make the same mistakes which will eventually lead to the annihilation of our planet preceded by the complete destruction of civilization as we know it or if we will take a stand for the truth of our being. I have already seen the capabilities of our future so I know what we have the potential to do. I have seen the complete shift and elevation of human consciousness between the years 2012-2014. If this occurs, a new age will be heralded in our relationship to the world as well as the Universe, at large. We will no longer see ourselves trapped in the restrictions of our third dimensional reality. Instead, we will have the ability to interact with our own multi-dimensional selves. However, none of these wondrous happenings will occur for us if we do not open our minds and hearts to the stream of refined Universal energies that will be available to us in the very near future. You see, if we close our minds, and decide not to be responsible for the necessary changes, we will find ourselves exactly where we deserve to be&holding the short end of the stick while the powers that be implant, into our bodies and our children s bodies, the chip that will complete the loop to link us into the Matrix. To paraphrase the words of my dear friend, Sean David Morton, we will be thereafter under the control of The New World Order. And we cannot let that happen! As the Light Beings told me, we have got to change our ways if the ways of the world are to improve. Next month I'll write more in-depth about the things we can do to effect change now. We grow stronger as we climb our own mountains. ~Marvin Ashton To be perfectly honest, there have been times in my life when I felt as though I was a human misery magnet. I mean, I have attracted some of the most God-awful luck. Illness, accidents, partnerships and hangovers you could imagine. I've been repeatedly put through the wringer in no uncertain terms. Yet, at age 55, I m still standing. So, I have no choice but to believe in miracles. And to still have been here in the year 2004 was, for me, a miracle of extra special proportion because I truly believed that 2004 was to be my curtain call. And here s the reason why after being struck by lightning in 1975 I spent 28 minutes in the Heavens. A loving group of Light Beings kindly showed me some vivid footage of the future in which my absence was glaringly obvious after the year 2004. When the cosmic slideshow came to an end, they gave me a mission or two to accomplish, and promptly sent me right back to my dead body which, by the way, was still waiting for me in the morgue. Unfortunately, what they forgot to give me were the instructions for reentering that dead body. Well, long story short, I figured out how to get back into it only to regret it, initially. In fact, it took me four long years of excruciating rehabilitation to reclaim my health and autonomy. However, not a day went by that I was not determined to do so. No matter how many times I fell on my face learning to walk again, or how many times I missed my mouth with the spoon trying t learn to feed myself again, I kept on trying. For I had been to the Crystal City within the Heavens, and I had been shown, without a doubt, that life on Earth was a precious gift to be cherished no matter what kind of package or wrapping paper it came in. The ultimate achievement of standing on my own and walking without canes was only a small victory in comparison to the triumphs awaiting me down the road. I simply had to step up to the plate. Most people tend to measure success by its grandiosity. But from that time of hardship in my life, I learned to savor the beauty and sweetness of life by the drop! To this very day, every drop of sweetness I manage to squeeze out of a day is an absolute delight another small victory. And so it is that our lives are made up of these small victories, one resting upon the next. I feel that based upon this belief system I can find joy in most any circumstance, and the humor in most any situation, no matter how bleak the outer appearance might be. Despite all the challenges I've confronted in my life, I still possess a very intense passion for living.
