Below we’ve listed the most powerful ways to insure the success of our New Year’s resolutions:

Write your resolutions down and read them, out loud, twice a day. Writing out your resolution shifts the energy making it an attainable goal, and no longer a far off dream. Speaking it aloud further empowers its energetic magnetism.

Do one thing each day toward manifesting your goal. Maintaining momentum is imperative. Every little baby step you take reinforces your focus and determination.

Affirm your future success in prayer and meditation. Affirmative prayers speak positively to the soul. Meditation infuses the physical with spiritual strength.

Reach out to help those less fortunate, impaired, ill or at the end of life. Loving kindness given in the spirit of selflessness is its own reward. By redirecting our attention to those in need, we are gifted with the knowledge of how truly blessed we are.

Organize your living space, removing the clutter from corners, closets, junk drawers and the garage. In so doing, you bring greater clarity to all areas of your life. Clarity is the secret weapon to the act of creation.

Learn something new everyday. Keeping your mind active with new thoughts and learning processes is the best way to enhance memory and mental acuity.

Write down your blessings in a gratitude journal before bed each night. The power of gratitude is inestimable. Our spiritual nature grows exponentially as we express the divine virtue of gratitude.

Lastly, we would like to suggest that you create recommitment celebrations to honor all of your existing relationships and dreams. Paying loving tribute to what we already have assists the Universe in filling our lives with more and more to celebrate.

Happy New Year!

Well, here we are…it is 2007. As I sat down to write this month’s worldview, I pondered where and when January 1st became New Year’s Day. So, I started doing my research, and discovered that it became an observed tradition in 46 BC. Like so many of our modern beliefs, this one also has been handed down to us from the ancient Romans. Julius Caesar, Emperor of Rome decided to further organize his empire by making January 1st the beginning of the new Roman year. Just think of that: while we struggle to organize our closets, Julius was masterminding the Feng Shui of an entire empire! And let me tell you this was no easy task, for in order for this grand occurrence to take place, he had to add 80 days to the solar calendar. Imagine the immensity of his ego…But you know, it really doesn’t matter when we celebrate the New Year, whether it’s Rosh Hashanah, the Chinese New Year, or Samhain, the most important thing is that we hold sacred the idea of fresh, new beginnings. It is my personal desire that all of us, who read this newsletter, synchronize our lives in the highest vision of hope, health and spiritual activism for every man, woman and child on Earth. 

In the first month of this New Year, let’s all clean out our inner worlds as we organize our lives around our families (whenever possible) and our health. Health is the one thing we have most control over in the coming period. So, we can make no excuse for not maintaining and improving our strategies for healthy living, on all levels of our being. In the coming times, being healthy will prove tantamount to being capable of making the necessary changes as our reality begins to shift. 

With our health in place, we can turn our attention to the jobs we do for a living. Do you believe that you are presently fulfilling the life you designed for yourself? After my time spent in the Crystal Cities, I sincerely believe that we all designed for ourselves challenges. Those challenges are spread throughout our lifetime in order to help us to grow strong, compassionate and inspiring to others. Please do no think of challenges in a negative sense; they are merely opportunities in a spiritual sense.

It is not by years that you measure a lifetime, it is by moments. Each moment measures how much love and creativity the years will hold. Therefore, please remember, it is moment by precious moment that we create the value, power and purpose of a lifetime. In this New Year promise yourself to make each moment count.

Strategies for Living Well

2007 According to Ancient Prophecy

Predictions of the future have never failed to fascinate the human mind. From the Oracles of Delphi to Nostradamus, from Edgar Cayce to Jeane Dixon, each century in recorded history has been filled with both famous and infamous soothsayers and visionaries. Almost all of them have seen the future of the world filled with religious and social rebellion resulting in global chaos accompanied by catastrophic earth changes and extraterrestrial visitations. My friends, there is no denying it: we are living in very interesting times! So let me give you my take on a few of these prophetic happenings, from the perspectives I gained on the Other Side:

World War III

As I have stated earlier, by March of this New Year, we will either see the beginnings of WWIII or advancements towards peace. Without settling the issues in Palestine, without initiating peace talks with Syria and Iran, I cannot imagine how we will be able to divert destabilization of the western world based on soaring oil prices. We must be diligent in seeking ways to disarm tensions in this world. At all costs, we must find common ground with our human family.

Global Warming

Although this topic now remains one of heated discussion and disagreement, in the year 2007, global warming will become an undisputed and accepted fact, regardless of who is to blame. I predict that people will come to see, without question, the need to actively pursue alternative energy sources.

The New World Order

NAFTA, the SPP agreement, and the devaluation of the dollar, as a world currency, together will be the first steps to unite the United States, Mexico, and Canada into one commercial district much the likes of the European Union. Therefore, I predict we will be forced as a nation to choose between our personal freedom and the Bill of Rights or financial stability, both personal and as a sovereign country. The worse part is that this has been planned, and quietly executed upon us for years. It has finally reached fruition. The only way for us to remain free is to say NO! We must assertively take a stand against the stripping away of our civil liberties, or we will most assuredly end up with none. The next chapter in our history is being written everyday by every decision we collectively make. Let us pray to be led to make the right decisions.
