Laugh together everyday. Look for the humor in the most intense of situations. Keep it light, and never take yourselves too seriously. 


Openly display affection. Through kisses, hugs and words of praise, repeatedly acknowledge your adoration for each other throughout the day.


View each day as the first day of yo ur relationship. Cherish every moment you share. The past is over and Now is the only time you are guaranteed.


Evolve as individuals and as a couple. Learn something new everyday. Take a salsa dance class or sign up for college course together. Keep it fresh and exciting, don’t allow your relationship to become routine. Love is a sparkling mixture of two unique souls who find the greatest joy in one another’s company.

Please remember: National Salute to Hospitalized Veterans Week (Feb. 11-17). The week encourages Americans from all walks of life to deliver valentines to local Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) medical centers and while you are there, I urge you to visit the veterans. 

Dannion s Worldview

It’s already the first of February, and I hope your year has been wonderful so far. In the past thirty days I have been giving a lot of thought to the state of our world as well as the state of humanity’s collective consciousness. Kathryn and I took our annual trek into the Yucatan. Whenever we lead this sacred journey we both become more keenly aware of and precisely aligned with the cosmic shift gradually making itself more and more obvious. 

Therefore, this month I want to encourage you to give thought to the fact the countdown to change is upon us. Together, as a spiritual family, we must make the necessary shifts in our attitudes and the way we perceive the world around us in order to facilitate our ascension into the higher dimensions. There is a multitude of information concerning this shift available in books and on the Internet. Yet, the challenge we now face is to be heart-led in seeking out the information and then adopting certain changes in our daily lives, accordingly. 

I realize this is no small and simple task for many of us. But if we just take one baby step at a time, we will get there. For instance, becoming eco-conscious is a great place to begin. Recycling paper, plastic and glass products helps the environment tremendously. Conserving electricity by turning down the heat and turning off unnecessary lights in our home is another step. Eating more raw living foods not only makes us healthier, but also conserves more of our precious water, discourages the slaughter of our animals, and creates more land development for other purposes pertinent to human survival. 

Friends, slowly but most assuredly, the reality we exist in is in the process of morphing out of the third dimension and into higher, purer levels of light. Within these elevated realms of consciousness the authenticity of multidimensional life is readily perceived. You know, ever since my first near-death experience, in 1975, I have been able to walk between the worlds and witness dimensions existing alongside of ours. At first, it was really confusing, if not downright frustrating for me to experience because I couldn’t control it. However, this is what initiated my search to understand the boxes of knowledge concerning the changes on Earth between 2008 and 2014. After looking at the past histories, myths and prognostications of many varied cultures, including Egypt, India, the Aboriginal and Mayan people, I’ve concluded the ancient people knew this galactic event was scheduled to occur every 26,000 years. And today, we are facing the end days of that cycle. 

Soon, as the result of the galactic shift at hand, those who have the inclination and have done the spiritual work will also be able to see the multidimensional reality I see. Nothing and no one can stop what is happening. All we can do is decide whether or not we want to be a proactive participant. Without wonderment and gratitude the way forward will be strange and sometimes frightening. 

Kept in proper perspective, we can view global warming, intense sun flares, climatic extremes and catastrophic upheavals as simply part and parcel of our introduction into the bigger picture of Galactic Consciousness. 

Please don’t overlook how very blessed we are to be here now to witness the unfolding of the true nature of reality awaiting us just beyond our concept of time. Simultaneously, we are being given a rare opportunity to deepen our understanding of ourselves as the great, mighty, powerful spiritual beings we are and shall be… eternally.
